I’ve been in business for close to forty years — and in property for nearly thirty of them. Not watching it. Not theorising about it. Actually doing it.

I started as a builder and developer, accredited by the NHBC — the National House Building Council. That accreditation doesn’t come easily. You have to be vetted for both financial competence and technical capability. It meant I was building homes to a standard that was independently verified. Most people who talk about property have never had to meet that bar.

Over the years I’ve run multiple businesses, managed a portfolio of thirty rental properties as a landlord, carried out full property refurbishments, and project-managed builds from the ground up. I’ve sourced deals for clients, helped investors build their own rental portfolios, acquired planning permissions, bought land for development, and seen projects right through from raw site to completed development.

I’m based on the Wirral and work across Merseyside, Liverpool, Chester and the surrounding areas. Every deal comes through me personally. No office. No team. No layers of process.

What I bring isn’t something you can learn on a weekend course. It’s decades of doing — the contacts, the judgement, the experience of seeing what goes wrong and knowing how to stop it.
