In most cases yes. I buy properties needing refurbishment, updating or significant work — or I introduce them to buyers in my network who do. Either way, you don’t need to spend money on repairs before selling.
The main variable is Land Registry expedited processing.. that’s outside anyone’s control, but we push for it as early as possible. Once it clears, we typically move to completion within 1–2 weeks. If you need a longer timeline, that’s fine too, the pace is always yours to set.
No. Whether I buy directly or introduce a buyer from my network, no estate agent is involved on my side. You will need your own solicitor for the legal work, but that’s all.
No. I buy for myself or introduce buyers from my private investor network. Your property will not appear on Rightmove, Zoopla or any public portal under any circumstances.
